What is BYOC? BYOC (Bring Your Own Carrier) is a program in telecom that allows businesses to select a carrier that best fits your needs and add them to your unified communications or contact center platforms.

With AVOXI, Bring Your Own Carrier (BYOC) allows you to keep an existing phone provider(s) while using another provider to receive inbound calls, with no limit to the number of carriers you can use. This value-added service is available to Enterprise License holders and is a popular alternative to number porting. The functionality gives the benefit of many value-added features AVOXI offers without jeopardizing an established, sometimes long term relationship with an existing provider. In addition, it also allows you to use your AVOXI platform in countries where we currently don't offer a phone number.
